The Avenir showflat is not located on the actual site of the project due to ongoing construction of the development. The showflat is situated near to the junction of Havelock Road and Chin Swee Road. For clients who had registered an appointment with us and will be travelling to the showroom using the MRT, please alight at Chinatown MRT Station (DT 19).

For those intending to drive to The Avenir showroom, kindly drive along Chin Swee Road or Clemenceau Avenue. The nearest highways to reach our showflat are Ayer-Rajah Expressway (AYE) and Central Expressway (CTE). Please note all visitor parking lots at The Avenir showflat are first-come-first-serve basis and maybe limited.

Please note that occasionally, The Avenir Showflat will be closed down for either routine maintenance or private events organised by the developer. Therefore its strongly recommended to book a showflat appointment in advance with us before heading down to avoid any inconvenience that might cost you.

The Avenir Showroom is conveniently located along Chin Swee Road, with nearest MRT station at Chinatown MRT Station, Please take note that parking lots are limited at our showroom. Hence please be advice to seek alternate parking lots once parking is full. The nearest public parking area is just located behind the showflat, at Jalan Kukoh. We would like to seek for your understanding on the parking matter.
